| Tasting Notes |
This wine displays a vibrant cherry red colour and the savoury flavours on the palate are enhanced by cedar and vanilla characters from ageing in French oak barriques. The wine is sealed under screwcap which will allow cellaring with confidence over 5 years. |
| Winemakers Notes |
Traditional red wine fermentation techniques were employed followed by a full malolactic fermentation in barrel. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barriques then cold stablised but not fined, resulting in a wine with notable tannin structure which will which will develop and soften with time in the bottle. |
