| Tasting Notes |
The grapes for this chardonnay were hand-picked and gently processed to ensure premium quality. This elegant, fragrant wine has a nashi pear bouquet with a creamy butterscotch influence from subtle oak ageing. |
| Winemakers Notes |
The ripe Chardonnay grapes were carefully harvested at optimum ripeness and gently processed with rapid juice extraction. This ensures the gentle flavours in the juice are preserved. Oaked for only 3 months to add texture and vanilla to the vibrant tropical fruit flavours. |
