Hand picked premium grapes from the Kumeu vineyard have produced this delicious Pinot Gris. Aromas of pears and peaches are complemented by a palate of spicy, floral fruit and a crisp finish. |

The fresh juice was cold settled for 5 days prior to a 4 week ferment, 14% in seasoned oak from 4 Brix on full yeast lees. |
