| Tasting Notes |
This wine has a light straw colour with a flashing green tinge. The long cool fermentation has retained the lovely melon and tropical fruit aromas. An underlying layer of blackcurrant and fennel gives this dry wine a herbal nuance to meld with the hint of celery and gooseberry flavours. A balanced thread of acidity gives the wine an attractive finish.
