PERGOLA WINE CLUB – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By joining the Pergola Wine Club you are committing to a minimum purchase of 4 cases (6 bottles per case) in a one year period. After this your membership can be cancelled at any time in your account online, or by emailing cellar@soljans.co.nz.
If you wish to cancel your subscription before one full year (4 x shipments), you will lose your membership benefits immediately. You will need to let us know in writing 7 days before your next billing period to cancel.
Your membership period will start once you make your first payment, then you will receive a new shipment every three months after this time, billed on the 2nd day of the month. For our Everyday and Showcase subscriptions, you will receive a seasonal selection each quarter. The total discount for our seasonal memberships in a one year period will be at least 15% off our cellar door pricing. Discount amount will vary per box, with calculations made on a yearly basis.
Our Pergola Wine Club is only available to New Zealand residential or business addresses. International shipments for our wine club are not available at this stage. Delivery is free for all subscription options, with standard shipping rates for all additional purchases throughout the year.
Payment will be taken from your chosen credit card every 3 months (on the 2nd of said month) with first payment taken immediately. We will inform you of the upcoming delivery and charge which will be made, with the chance to update your address or make any changes to your shipment. Please contact us at cellar@soljans.co.nz if you need to change or update your address, if you cannot do so online.
