Pergola Wines
Back in 1932, Bartul Soljan started the Pergola Wines label. These being our first steps into the New Zealand wine industry. Producing popular styles of Port, Sherry, Blackberry Nip and the likes, Pergola Wines ran independently for over 25 years.
Tyler Soljan is now bringing the label back into fashion with a wine club, helping to showcase the rich history our family has. With Amber Soljan refurbishing the original label into the clubs new look, we are truly bringing our heritage to life.

- When will I receive my deliveries?
Deliveries will be made every 3 months (4 x shipments per year) and will be the week following payment.
Payments will be taken on the 2nd day of the month following initial payment and signing up to our club. - What discounts do I get for signing up to the Pergola Wine Club?
We base the membership discount across the entire years worth of wine deliveries, which will give you at least 15% off our Cellar Door Pricing. If selecting a single wine subscription, the discount will be 10-15% off the Cellar Door wine price. - What discount do I get in the cellar door/online?
By joining the Pergola Wine Club, you will receive 10% off all additional wine purchases online and cellar door. - Can I change or cancel my membership?
Of course! Changes can be made by emailing cellar@soljans.co.nz. - The wines I want aren’t in a subscription, can I make a custom delivery?
Certainly, email cellar@soljans.co.nz and we can make any customised subscription of 6 or 12 bottles for you. - Would Bartul approve of Pergola Wines being turned into a wine club?
Bartul was always a very driven salesman as well as head winemaker. We are sure he would be proud to see the Pergola Wine label still alive nearly 100 years after he first though of it!
