We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments will be processed in NZD. Soljans Estate Winery reserves the right to request an alternative method of payment other than what the customer has chosen. Credit Card payments will be processed by our Online Payment Gateway Merchant at the time the order is placed; no goods will be shipped until payment has been made and received in full.

When purchasing products from this website the customer confirms and acknowledges that they are over 18 years of age and are legally entitled to purchase alcohol. The customer warrants that they can produce sufficient evidence (e.g. New Zealand Drivers License or Passport) of that entitlement on request prior to despatch or upon delivery of the product. If you are buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be over 18 years old and be able to produce sufficient evidence upon request.
All products are sold subject to their availability while stocks last. Soljans Estate Winery accepts no responsibility for its inability to supply products to the customer where the product is unavailable or where stock has been exhausted.
All product prices on this website are displayed in New Zealand dollars only and are inclusive of GST but are subject to variation insofar as Government charges and levies, such as excise and the ALAC levy, which can be altered at the Government’s discretion.
Soljans Estate Winery will endeavour to deliver the products to the specified delivery address in a timely manner. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery caused by events outside of our control. Soljans Estate Winery reserves the right to withhold delivery of any products to the Customer for any reason whatsoever.
Please allow up to 5 working days for processing and delivery of your online order, additional time may be required for rural deliveries. Rural Deliveries will incur a surcharge of $5.00 per case which will be applied during the checkout process, Please provide us with your correct delivery address to avoid any delays in your goods being delivered. We cannot arrange same day delivery for goods purchased online. Online Orders cannot be collected unless by prior arrangement. Online Orders cannot be despatched over weekends or during public holidays but may still be processed. If for any reason an order will be delayed, Soljans Estate Winery will attempt to contact the customer to inform them of the delay and if a refund is required, this will be issued via the same method of payment that the goods were paid for.
A customer may cancel or alter their order up until the time it has been collected from our premises by our nominated courier. If changes or cancellations are received after the goods have left the winery, the delivery fee is non-refundable. If goods have been ordered in error, these may be returned to the Winery for an exchange or refund at our discretion as long as the goods are unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition. This is subject to inspection and. Return of any goods to Soljans Estate Winery is at the Customer’s own risk and expense.
If for any reason, the Customer is dissatisfied with their order or a breakage has occurred, contact must be with Soljans Estate Winery within 7 days of receipt of the order on (09) 412 5858 for assistance. Please notify us if your Online Order has not been received after 5 working days of placing your order (allowing extra time for rural deliveries) so we can follow up with the courier as soon as possible.
Soljans Estate Winery will only deliver Online Orders to New Zealand, physical addresses – no PO Box numbers. If you wish to have wine sent to an address outside of New Zealand, please visit our International Distributors page for a stockist near you or contact us for overseas shipping options.
