Hand picked in Kumeu, spending only 2 hours with skin contact time before draining a small portion of free run juice.
Throughout the winemaking process this wine has been powerful and complex, providing great positivity in the winery.
Amazingly powerful aromatics, strawberry, candy floss and cranberry come to mind, hints of a savoury spice on the palate whilst maintaining a fresh and clean finish.
